Explaining the benefits of dates, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever eats eight azwa dates in the morning will be able to get fever or magic on that day.” Digestive energy enhancer, liver and stomach energy enhancer, cancer, high blood pressure, anti-osteoporosis.
